Dispatched within 2 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 48, free over £25. Trade boxes go by courier.

Returns

Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For anything wrong with an order, email us and we'll sort it.

You can also cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except personalised items and opened food or hygiene products. Email support@vickersldn.co.uk with your order number. Faulty items are always refunded or replaced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
