Site Salts is for people who graft outdoors: roofers, sparks, brickies, landscapers, scaffolders. Long days in the heat, or in hi-vis in the cold, and the only drinks on offer are fizzy energy cans.

We made a plain electrolyte stick for the van: sodium, potassium and magnesium, no caffeine. One in the bottle before the first lift and one after lunch.
